WELCOME TO INTERNATIONAL PIANO PERFORMANCE ACADEMY

Dr. Saida Kafarova performed her Carnegie Hall debut recital, as a winner of Artists International Special Presentation Recital Award. Commented one eminent listener, "In my time I have heard all the greats-Paderewski, Hofmann, Rachmaninov... You are top rank... Artistry, poetry, soul of the highest order...".

She started studying the piano at age of 5, and received training from the legendary Tatiana Nikolayeva and Yakov Milstein, to name a few. She graduated from the Azerbaijan State Conservatory with Master's of Music and Post-Graduate Diploma, and completed Doctor of Musical Arts at University of Texas at Austin - all with magna cum laude.

Dr. Saida Kafarova had been teaching for over 34 years in Europe, Canada and USA. Since then, her students have won numerous awards at state, national, and international competitions.

TEACHING APPROACH

The Studio exists to develop in each student their highest individual pianistic potential, through impressive repertoire, healthy technique, performance opportunities, and music theory in practice.
